- 4 tablespoons of Tat Walnut Paste
- 5-6 potatoes
- 1 box of Heavy Cream
- 1 glass of Milk
- 1 glass of Fresh Kashar Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Yields: 3 servings
Mix Tat Walnut Paste, heavy cream, milk, salt and pepper with a whisk in a deep bowl. Peel the potatoes and grate them. Add the grated potatoes to the sauce and mix. Pour the grated potatoes into the oven pan. Sprinkle with grated fresh cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 45 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve hot.
