- 400g Tat Canned Kidney Beans
- 1 tablespoon Tat Tomato Paste
- 500g cubed meat
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 onions
- 1-2 green and red peppers
- Salt
Yields: 4 servings
Add cubed meat, chopped onions and butter to a sauté pan. Cook at medium heat until the meat cooks in its own juice and the onions change color. Add water to Tat Tomato Paste and then add it to the meat. Then add 5-6 cups of water, Tat Canned Kidney Beans and chopped red and green peppers. Cook on medium heat until the meat is well soften. Bring it to a boil for 1 to 2 minutes more before taking it off the heat. Serve hot
