- 2 jars of Tat Grated Tomato
- 4 zucchinis
- 4 eggplants
- 6 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- SEK Çiftlik Yoghurt
Yields: 4 servings
Peel the eggplants, zucchinis, carrots and potatoes and cut them into cubes. Soak the eggplants in salted water for 5 minutes. Fry the drained eggplants and other vegetables and place them on a serving plate. Cook the Tat Grated Tomato in a pot for a while and pour it over the vegetables. Serve with the prepared tomato sauce and Yoghurt.
